Am Vormittag hat easyJet die Verkehrszahlen für den Monat August veröffentlicht.
6.101.344 Passagiere hat die Airline im schönsten Sommermonat des Jahres befördert. Das sind 3,90 Prozentpunkte mehr als im August 2012.
Auch die Auslastung konnte gesteigert werden auf 92,80 Prozent. Im August 2012 lag die Auslastung bei 91,70 Prozent.
Der positive Trend setzt sich somit weiter fort. Auch im 12-Monate-Vergleich ist dies zu sehen.
In den letzten 12 Monaten beförderte die Airline 60.494.874 Passagiere. 4,10 Prozentpunkte mehr als im Vorjahreszeitraum.
